For an independent physical-therapy professional: a governed-AI knowledge system that turns unstructured expertise into searchable, source-verified, traceable records, with a human reviewer in control of every decision. The architecture is my IP, and the client and their content stay confidential.

The discipline is integrity: every decision links to a record and its original source, and a source-grounding layer verifies each claim against the published literature and refuses to fabricate. It grounded 100+ deliverables against roughly 25 peer-reviewed studies, with 28 citations verified by hand against the originals, and it never deploys autonomously.

The control that matters is the citation gate. A claim that cannot be tied to a real, retrievable source does not pass, so a fabricated reference never reaches publication in the first place. That is a cheaper place to catch the problem than a human reviewer noticing it later, and in a clinical-adjacent domain it is the difference between a useful tool and a liability.

Confidential client engagement, so the system and the client's data stay private. The approach and the architecture I used to stand it up, I'm glad to walk through on request.
