For an independent physical-therapy professional, I built a governed-AI knowledge system centered on a validated, queryable research library — it turns unstructured professional expertise into searchable, source-verified, traceable records, with a human reviewer in control of every decision. The system architecture is my IP; the client and its domain content are confidential and not shown.

The discipline was integrity: bidirectional traceability (every decision links to a record and its original source), a per-entry metadata schema, and a source-grounding layer that verifies each claim against the published literature and refuses to fabricate. Across a 30-day production run it grounded 100+ deliverables with 28 source-verified citations and zero fabricated references — and it never deploys autonomously.
