For an independent physical-therapy professional: a governed-AI knowledge system that turns unstructured expertise into searchable, source-verified, traceable records, with a human reviewer in control of every decision. The architecture is my IP, and the client and their content stay confidential.

The discipline is integrity: every decision links to a record and its original source, and a source-grounding layer verifies each claim against the published literature and refuses to fabricate. It grounded 100+ deliverables with 28 source-verified citations, each verified by hand against the originals, and it never deploys autonomously.
